Order Cancellation

Order cancellation policy:

Since flowers are perishable goods, cancellation is possible only before order execution and shipment. After execution, returns or exchanges of cut flowers and potted plants are not possible due to their nature and sensitivity.

Promotions Policy

Products purchased during promotional or discount periods cannot be canceled, changed, or returned.

Order Conditions

Courier service: Orders shipped immediately after availability confirmation. Delivery time depends on the region and courier policy.
Store pickup: Consumers can pick up orders from the physical store at Konyalaki 36, Postal Code 11141, Athens. Pickup upon readiness notification and only during store hours.

Applicable Law

This agreement is the entire agreement between the company and the user and binds only them. No changes apply unless in writing and incorporated.
