SHIPPING POLICY

Η αυθημερόν παράδοση ισχύει για παραγγελίες που πραγματοποιούνται και επιβεβαιώνονται μέχρι τις 14:00.

Για την επιτυχημένη αποστολή και παράδοση, απαιτούνται τα στοιχεία του αποστολέα και του παραλήπτη, όπως αναγράφονται στη φόρμα παραγγελίας. Η ώρα παραλαβής καθορίζεται μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με τον παραλήπτη. Σε περίπτωση αδυναμίας ολοκλήρωσης της παράδοσης (με ευθύνη του παραλήπτη) στην διεύθυνση και ώρα που έχει οριστεί, μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία, τα έξοδα επαναποστολής χρεώνονται εκ νέου. Σε περίπτωση αδυναμίας παράδοσης λόγω αντίξοων καιρικών συνθηκών ή ανωτέρας βίας από την πλευρά των διανομέων μας, θα γίνει επαναπρογραμματισμός για την ίδια ή άλλη μέρα κατόπιν συνεννόησης.

STORE PICKUP

At the online floral design studio VELOUR FLOWER LAB, we accept orders exclusively through www.velourflowerlab.com, via Instagram, or by phone. Pickup from the studio is free of charge and available only by appointment during business hours.

You can view the price list with the areas we serve. For delivery to areas not included in the list, please contact us by phone.

Delivery Hours:

Monday: Closed (Open on Valentine’s Day, International Women’s Day - March 8, and Mother’s Day)
Tuesday–Wednesday–Thursday–Friday–Saturday: 10:00–20:00
Sunday: 11:00–19:00

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Flowers are a perishable product. Due to the nature of the goods, cut flowers and potted plants cannot be exchanged or returned after the order has been fulfilled. If you wish to return any decorative items, you may do so within 15 days from the date you placed your order, upon presentation of the receipt. We will refund the price you paid for the products, excluding the delivery costs for those products. Returned accessories must be in their original condition. You will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the products.

The buyer has the right to refuse to accept the goods at the time of delivery if the goods delivered are defective or of insufficient quality. If a problem is noticed after the courier has left, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund (only for decorative items or accessories from our collection) or replacement. You will need to send photos of the damaged products to the customer service team at velourflowerlab@gmail.com. If the products do not meet the high standards we have set, we will offer you a free replacement on the next available delivery date.

When paying by bank card, refunds can only be made to the card used for the transaction. After electronic payment, a cash refund cannot be issued. Credit times may vary from 3 to 40 business days, depending on the bank.
