SHIPPING POLICY

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed and confirmed by 8:00 PM.

For successful shipping and delivery, the sender’s and recipient’s details, as indicated in the order form, are required. The delivery time is arranged after a phone call with the recipient. If delivery cannot be completed (due to the responsibility of the recipient or sender) at the specified address and time, shipping costs will be charged again following a phone notification. In cases where delivery is not possible due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure on the part of our couriers, a rescheduling will be arranged for the same or another day upon agreement, without any additional charge.

Monday-Tuesday–Wednesday–Thursday–Friday–Saturday: 10:00–21:00

Sunday: 11:00–21:00

STORE PICKUP

Pickup from the studio is free of charge and available only by appointment during business hours.

Monday-Tuesday–Wednesday–Thursday–Friday–Saturday: 09:00–21:00

Sunday: 11:00–18:00

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Flowers are a perishable product. Due to the nature of the goods, cut flowers and potted plants cannot be exchanged or returned after the order has been fulfilled.

If you wish to return any decorative items, you may do so within 15 days from the date you placed your order, upon presentation of the receipt. We will refund the price you paid for the products, excluding the delivery costs for those products. Returned accessories must be in their original condition. You will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the products.

The buyer has the right to refuse to accept the goods at the time of delivery if the goods delivered are defective or of insufficient quality. If a problem is noticed after the courier has left, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund (only for decorative items or accessories from our collection) or replacement. You will need to send photos of the damaged products to the customer service team at velourflowerlab@gmail.com. If the products do not meet the high standards we have set, we will offer you a free replacement on the next available delivery date.

When paying by bank card, refunds can only be made to the card used for the transaction. After electronic payment, a cash refund cannot be issued. Credit times may vary from 3 to 40 business days, depending on the bank.
